Starting out more as a necessity, Dr. Noodles was designed to taste great and allow Celiacs and gluten sensitive people the luxury of once again being able to eat pasta, a GF pasta product that really tastes like wheat pasta. Since inception we have been lab certified gluten free, soy free, dairy free, and nut free. We are currently going through Non-GMO Project certification and will proudly display their seal when certified. Dr. Noodles, tasty, healthy, and Non-GMO quite a combination!!
