Elbow Macaroni Chili

Dr Noodles Elbow Macaroni Midwest Chili

Ingredients: (we generally use all organic)

  • 1 28 oz. can of whole peeled tomatoes
  • 1 28 oz. can of diced tomatoes
  • 1 32 oz. can/jar of tomato juice
  • 1.5 lbs. of grass fed beef
  • 2 table spoons of chili powder, or to taste
  • 1 clove garlic, optional
  • 1 half diced onion
  • 1 package of Dr. Noodles Elbow Macaroni

Brown ground beef, onions, garlic, and chili powder.
In a large pot combine juice and tomatoes and bring to simmer, then add browned ground beef and bring to a high simmer/almost boil.
Cook noodles per instructions on box, when done put in bowl with either olive oil or organic butter so they don’t stick together.
Keep the two separate and fill individual bowls with each to taste. If there are leftovers put in refrigerator and reheat. The chili can be reheated in a pot or microwave. The pasta can be microwaved or blanched, dip cold pasta in a strainer into slightly boiling water for 30-45 seconds, works great!

Serves 6, for smaller batches cut in half.
